Hello! 14dpo I had my blood work done and lo and behold my HCG was 200!!! My progesterone was 9.5 so I was prescribed suppositories and 4 days later my HCG doubled accordingly to 900 as it doubles every 2 days and my progesterone corrected itself to 14! (The suppositories have no effect on serum progesterone levels as they are taken up by the uterus)  Yay! My husband and I are so happy that our first try at intrauterine insemination worked after months of fertility drugs and years of infertility. My newly diagnosed lean PCOS (atypical presentation) was the culprit and once my hormones were corrected by our fertility endocrinologist, the treatment worked! Very surreal! We go back in a week to check the blood work again and ensure the HCG continues doubling and the progesterone remains greater than 10.
