Non Ivf focused center?

Question

I am frustrated with the fertility center I went to for diagnostics.  They pushed IVF as the only option with no female issues found and minimal male testing on our side (basic sperm test only).  Anyone have a recommendation for a doctor in MA or NH that can actually help us diagnose our issue and not try to sell IVF just to up their success rates since we are under 35.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I have been going to an RE at Newton Wellesely Hospital and they were VERY thorough. I swear my husband and I had every test before they suggested IUI or IVF. Dr. Rachel Ashby. Good luck

Garrison women’s health in Dover NH seems great. I see Dr Banaski. She works with Boston IVF if you need to go that route but she walks you through everything else first.   She went through all my paperwork from my previous OBGYN that told me I was basically infertile and needed a donor.

Baystate in Springfield. It's been almost a year and they arent pushing IUI or IVF on us yet.  It's up to us when we want to start discussing it. (I'm not there yet...)

Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates has a great fertility department. My doctor ran test and ordered ultrasounds before suggesting what our next step was. I have Pcos and I do not ovulate on my own because I have amenorrhea so I don't get AF for years at time. He suggested I start provera to get my menses and then take letrozole from cd 3-7 then have monitored follicle growth through ultrasound and once my follicles are perfect size triggershot and bd then progesterone vaginal suppositories until positive pregnancy test...Ivf is the last resort he said. He wants me to get pregnant "naturally" through intercouse and some assistance from meds.

I don't know your location but Baystate women's reproductive services has a hood team of doctors. Hay where I was diagnosed for the first time with PCOS and Hypothyroidism. They are in springfield.

We go to Boston IVF and love them! I see Dr Berger in their Quincy, MA office. They have several locations. He did not push treatments, instead, we discussed. Once he knew my insurance didn't cover infertility treatments he recommended we get supplemental insurance. The entire staff is so nice! Highly recommend them!
