Light brown discharge and mild cramping

I've been experiencing mild-moderate cramping since I descovered I'm with child last week. I usually get a cramp that'll come and last about 15 seconds every hour or so at night, then dies down. 
And I've had very light brown spotting but just the days where the nights prior I orgasmed.
I'm 6 weeks along.
