Gigantic boobs

I asked my doctor today when I would start lactating and she said after I have the baby. Which makes perfect sense..and I knew that, but why are my boobs so huge now?!? I look like I need to join the circus lol. They are seriously the biggest thing on me. It's seems like they're full of milk but no sign of milk yet.

ALSO I'm 25 wks & have gained 32 lbs. 😢
