tips on healthy eating?
I'm trying really hard not to eat bad foods but I have such a sweet tooth I can't help it!! I was wondering what any of you ladies do when you want something sweet? how do I keep myself away from the junk? I really want to make sure I don't blow up like a balloon this pregnancy.. for myself AND my baby. I'm currently almost 24 weeks. any tips or advice would be useful, thank you :)
