SCARED! Help???

I got naseu twice in the same morning & went to urgent care on March 21st. They checked my urine, which came out negative, as well as a blood test that came positive.

They told me to come back a few days later to confirm. This time the urine sample positive as well as the blood test, which they said I'm about less than a week pregnant.

Yesterday, I started spotting light pink. The app said it's normal...... but today I feel & the flow looks as if I'm on a regular period.

Is it true I could be on a period but still pregnant?
