Treated or not?

I was diagnosed with chlamydia and I got treated immediately but it's 3 weeks after the treatment and heavy discharge and weird unusual stinky smell is coming back. I have not had sex. I was treated with one dose of Zithromax. Is it still chlamydia or something else? I have a doctors appointment on 4/14 the earliest they had available.
