This is my first cycle off the pill. Before I have ovulated, my SO and I have seed a condom a couple of Times and also pull out and spermicide. I am having pms cramping right now, so I don't think i got pregnant. We shall see next week if I get my period, which I think i will.

It is all about your comfort level and how careful you are when you are fertile. I would not recommend this method for couples who absolutely cannot have any surprise pregnancies.
