Probiotics?
Okay so I know that antibiotics affect the effectiveness of birth control so it doesn't work as well, but I was thinking of taking probiotics to help my digestion, etc. Do any of you know if probiotics affect the effectiveness of birth control negatively? Or is it safe to take with birth control?
