Chinese lunar Calender

Briauna • First time mommy :). I'm a 23 year old college student studying psychology and suddenly unexpectedly pregnant.
Does anyone believe in this and how does if work. I know it is mothers age and conception month. But I conceived a week before my 23rd so which age would I follow? (22 or 23)
