How to live with pcos? Please help
I was diagnosed with pcos last month and just have a few questions. I've googled, but I want to talk to a real person who actually has it and experiences it.
1. Is it genetic, was I born with it? Or did I get it from different lifestyle choices, not being as active as I should be in the past 2 years, eating unhealthy at times...
2. When I started my period at like 12 years old, my cramps were so severe I would vomit and be in so much pain I had to get checked out of school and basically be in excruciating pain for hours. Was this a symptom I just never knew about?
3. Will it ever go away, or will I always have it?
4. Will I always have trouble conceiving?
Thank you. And any tips are welcome.
