Anybody in the military?

What branch of military? What's your day like? Are you happy with your decision in joining? Is it worth it?

Reservist Air Force. Great opportunities. Love the people I work with. Only work one a month/two weeks out of the year. And whenever else. I love it.

AD Air Force, and I love it. Definitely the best decision I ever made for myself.

Before this, I was working 50-60 hours a week and going to school full time at night; I was downright exhausted, and always living paycheck to paycheck!

I work in a hospital doing occupational health, so i have a set 730-430 schedule, and we're really well taken care of. Food and housing allowances on top of our regular pay, complete medical care, and tuition every year to go to school.

Sure there are some challenging days, but I'm always learning and always growing, and there's a lot of value in that. It's not for everyone, but i plan on staying in as long as they let me!
