Dreams and the meaning

Ok so the first time I was pregnant before I had a miscarriage I had a dream that my SO was shot in the head but still alive . Found out I was pregnant a week later ! Now I had a dream that I was pregnant and I got shot I showed someone in my dream and I seen the bullet hole under neath my chest somewhat in my belly . But I don't think I'm pregnant ! No signs or symptoms so I don't bother taking a test !
