Vitex
Should you take Vitex if you have a period every month? I know some people take it because they do not get their periods or it comes once every few months. I have PCOS and I get my period every month, but I can't pinpoint when I will get it. I am basically trying to do everything I can to make sure I am ovulating and getting a "regular" period.
