I didn't tear the 2nd time around and had sex 3 weeks PP. 
Just give anal a shot if you like and stop in you get uncomfortable. :-)

I wouldn't. It presents a really high risk of introducing bacteria into the vaginal area, and bacteria can cause a serious infection. If your husband seriously can't wait, let him take care of himself or give him a hand/blow. It's not worth the risk and he should be able to respect that.
