Excerise
Hey guys just want some tips please. I am 26 weeks pregnant and I've already gains 25lbs it's so weird because I've been 98lbs my whole life and now it's so much weight. It's mainly in my butt, thighs, and belly(of course) I feel like I should be able to control some of the weight. At least my butt and thighs right? Can I do squats ? Or anything please give me any excerises that helped you!!!
