Back pain and pinching on left side could it be implantation ?

Im 11/12dpo ive been getting pinching on my left side for couple days now today ive got back pain on same side. Isn't backache like i get with af think i ovulated on 25/26th march.Could it be implantation ? Ive never had this before x

I felt pinching like in my lower abdomen on my left side. A pinching/pulling sensation always around the same place at 10/11DPO. Took a test 11DPO and it was positive. Go test! Report back.
