Has anyone bought a Lillebaby Carrier straight from their website?

If so, how long did it take to ship and then for you to recieve it? I ordered one on the 1st, and it's still processing. Just wondering how much longer I should expect to wait. I couldn't find anything on their site but I'm also only mobile, so maybe that's why?

Following! Still waiting for mine as well. I've heard their sever is down and most people aren't getting a shipping confirmation or if they do, it went to their junk mail folder.
