Mucus plug

Does anyone remember what their mucus plug looked like? I get occasional crampy feelings almost like constipation. Go to the bathroom and wipe and I have sticky clear to yellow discharge that takes a couple of wipes to get rid of. It has been going on for a while now. I am just trying to figure out if it's mucus plug or normal discharge. I will be 30 weeks tomorrow. My first child I didn't really look for this stuff since I had to be induced thanks to high blood pressure.
