Am I terrible?

I moved into my own house back in December and this one girl I used to be friends with keeps trying to come over to see the house but I never feel like having company. I just got home from work a little over an hour ago and when I got home I had to rush out to the store to get ant traps because my whole kitchen had ants so she called me when I got home and asked if I'm home because she just got done work and was gonna come over (she literally works down the street when she leaves she can see the car in my driveway) so I said yeah but I'm about to shower and leave because I sprayed my house with ant killer and since I'm pregnant I don't wanna be here. I figured if I said I'm gonna shower it bought me time for when she does leave work and she sees my car is still there. It's not that I don't want to see her, it's just that I'm tired from working all day and my house hasn't been cleaned in a couple days and the last thing I wanna do is clean up my house within seconds just because someone is coming over.
