I don't exactly know and could use some help.

March 24th I took a ovulation test saying I was at my peak ovulation so I had sex that day. March 25th I got my period and waiting till I ended which was March 31st. I had sex April 3rd and the 7th but when I took another ovulation test it tells me that I am not ovulating. I also have an irregular period but that shouldn't matter because I just ended mine right ? Any informations helps please.
