I'm so confused

Okay. I have a question. First tho, a little background. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3-4 years ago and my fiancé and I are trying to get pregnant. This is the 2nd month I've been off my birth control to regulate my periods. The first month I had 2 periods in the same cycle. Last month my period started 28 days after the last. This month my period should have started by my count on the 3rd of this month and going by Glow it should have started the 6th. I have yet to start and just now when I went to the bathroom I had a lot of cervical mucus. It was very thin and clear. Last week or so the same thing happened but it was a one time thing. My question is what is this? And could this be a sign I am pregnant?
