Getting nightmares during pregnancy

So bad they keep me awake all night 😐Plus, my SO is a police officer and is on night shift right now, so im alone at night.

My sister in law had awful nightmares when she was pregnant and asked her midwife and she said it was normal she used to wake up screaming! She had other children at the time and some nightmares she'd think she had killed her children that's bad right?! She was panicking so much so she rang her midwife! It's totally normal babes I wouldn't worry about it xxx 

This time they've continued after my pregnancy sadly
