​I was on BC for 13 years and had a rough time coming off as I was having awful withdrawal symptoms. I then learnt that I had a hormone imbalance and a bit if a lazy ovary after a scan last month so decided this month to do things differently. My chances were slimmer but there. So I took hormone balancing herbs for two months and this month rubbed hormone oils into my uterus nightly upti ovulation. I used Preseed and EPO, I did bbt and charting and took vitamins for 8 months. I did fertility reflexology also. Most importantly I think, this time, we bd less! We were doing every day of fertile wk before and I think the quality can't have been as good. Iv never felt better than this last 8 week and I just hope that I can have this pg confirmed by my Dr and have. Healthy pregnancy! So excited!!
