How early did you tell work?

I was really nervous to tell my employer since I literally just got hired. I ended up telling them about 2 weeks after I started and they actually took it just fine. They were really excited for me and are flexible with appointments for the most part. However, I did just submit my resignation because I found it too difficult to handle a full time job with 45min commute (each way!) while being pregnant. I am making my baby girl a priority and doing everything I can to have the least amount of stress possible!

My old boss found out with my last one before anyone did she was like a mom to me I love her I worked for about 8 yrs

I told mine right away. So they could alter my work routine and actually start to give me breaks.

My boss knew very early, before it was generally public (7-8 weeks) because I was starting to get morning sickness (all damn day) and I needed to work at home more. A couple coworkers were having a wine & painting party and were pestering me why I wasn't going, so I had to tell them around the 11 week mark. Everyone else found out at 12.5 weeks when I changed my Facebook profile picture and the rumor mill did its job.

I am a gardener. I was going to wait till 8 weeks but my boss called and said that we were doing a garden Reno and I would need to be planting large shrubs and trees. I had to spill the beans then? can't say she was happy but she's warming to it. Now that me, my manager and her are all pregnant she has no choice?
