Postpartum therapy wrap

So I just started wearing it today but I can already tell I love it! It's called Mama Strut... It's an ice and heat therapy wrap. There are gel inserts for ice or heat. My lactation consultant at the hospital got me hooked up with a medical supply company to get a new pump. They let me know that my insurance also covered this therapy wrap, so I decided to try it. I just have the wrap on right now and haven't utilized the ice or heat yet but it feels so good to have something to hold it all back in place. This wrap is supposed to cut recovery time in half! Check into it if you can... Maybe your insurance covers it as well!
