Cycle day 2??

My fertility Dr has me on Yaz because we were unsure when I actually get my AF. She stated that my cycle day 1 would be the first day im off the active pills. And cycle day 3 will be when i start clomid and get bloodwork.

When talking about active BC does that mean the first 24 pills and then thats when it starts or would that also include the other 4 that look different??

Im not very familiar with BC pills I have always had the shot or the implant so i dont know much about this.

Also I noticed that for Yaz if I take antibiotics it will cause the Yaz to stop working. I've been put on antibiotics 2 days ago because of having a kidney infection that has been troubling me for almost 2 weeks now. I started bleeding the day after they gave me a round of antibiotics through IV and started the antibiotics pills. Since I was bleeding should that be my cycle day 1 and today being cycle day 2??

This is all so complicating for me and I would speak with my fertility dr but her office isnt open on weekends and cant reach her through the military messaging site. Any ideas of what I should do would really be appreciated.
