C panty?

Any c section mamas used the "c panty" post surgery and was it worth it/helpful?

I just wore regular maternity panties. They're cut low enough they sat below my incision.

I wore the hospital undies. My hospital had really nice spandex boy shorts that went up to my belly button. Once those were gone I wore low cut undies so they wouldn't rub my scar
