Having a lot of trouble with eating - need healthy meal suggestions!

I am almost 15 weeks. I suffered from mild to moderate nausea the first trimester, but with very very strong food and smell aversions. Before pregnancy, I followed a strict paleo/gluten free diet. Now, I am finding myself only wanting to eat comfort foods such as Mac and cheese, chicken tenders, etc. For my baby's health, I need to start eating better again! The thought of most of the meals I used to make makes me want to gag. Healthy mamas - what have you all been eating? Thanks for any and all suggestions!
