Constipation 😒😒 Help!!!

As much as I'm so blessed to be pregnant after trying for so long, this constipation is sooo annoying. My stomach feels so disgusting, i have no appetite or anything!

Didn't think I'd ever wish so badly to have a bowel movement lol.

Does anyone have any ideas to help it? I've tried a few things and it just doesn't seem to help.
