Extreme morning sicknesses

Please, I'm reaching out to anyone..

About every two weeks I get terrible almost unbearable morning sickness that lasts all day, for days at a time. I've googled remedies that haven't really worked and now I'm at my wits end. I have two small kids that need to be taken care of during the day but I'm so sick feeling it's so hard and I literally have to push myself to do anything. I'm no good to my kids when I'm sick like this..
