How long?

Question

I'm currently suffering a miscarriage and still bleeding. 
​
The surviving women out there reading, how did you bleed? 
​And how do I know when to start again regarding cycles and ovulation?
​
​Do I take OPKs?
​Or do I wait?
​
​I've no idea where to start now :(
​I'm so educated in every other area but so lost now. 
​

id start by taking ur bbt, this jus happened to me bleed 4 a week then it took 3 weeks for hgc to get to 0, i did the opk and they were always positive and still are and its been a month, im jus waiting to o or get a period so i kno whats going on.

Hi there Hun , I am so sorry for your loss and your pain. I'm sorry no one else has responded to you ! 
​I had an early miscarriage a few years back but didn't TTC after it again or track my cycle straight after so I'm not sure what to advise .
​I think OPK would be a good way to start but HCG can stay in your system for several weeks after miscarriage so you might get some false positives on opk's as they detect hcg and Lh hormones ! Can you speak to your nurse or doctor for further advice ?
