Birth-control =bigger boobs

My sister doesn't believe that birth-control is what made her boobs grow. I know it probably doesn't work for everyone but a lot of my friends who are on Birth-control have said that their boobs got bigger. She believes it has absolutely nothing to do with her boobs.
