Why is it so hard

So is it just me or is planning a pregnancy harder than spontaneous pregnancy 😔 we've been trying for several months now and nothing.

Stop planning and just start enjoying that's what I did and fell pregnant a few months after as I was a lot calmer. I ate what I like and drank what I liked too until I found out then ate normally and everything I did take folic acid as well I heard that helps conceive xx

Don't plan. You work at it like it's a job. We tried for 3 years and norhing. I finally said F it and didn't track or think about anythubg. We started planning trips and stuff. On out 1st trip I drank and smoked and also slept a lot. The next week I found out I was pregnant. Had no clue and didn't even think it as a possibility until I realized it'd been 2 weeks since my period was supposed to start. Took a test and BAM...bfp!!

Can someone explain the whole ovulation thing... My periods are kinda irregular. So its hard to track

Same here! Had no problem with my first. She was a surprise baby. But now that I'd like another one and am actually trying it's just not happening. I don't get it either 😢
