Leaking Urine?

After 2.5 months I went back to my routine work out. But I found I leaked urine when running and wet my pants. It's so embarrassing. Is this normal or a serious problem?

I had this with my first when I started running again. Your pelvic floor muscles are just weak.

I made sure to pee before running. Eventually I got my muscles back in shape and no more leaks until I was pregnant again. This time I was more diligent about doing my kegels every time I breastfed and I've been back to running for 5 weeks now with no issues.

I would call your doctor. I personally haven't had this problem while working out after baby but I do pee a little every time I sneeze and I was told by my OB that it happens after baby.
