It's just about how you feel. You should say it when you feel like you're ready. He might not be ready to say it back yet, but if he is maybe he just wasn't sure if you were ready :)

I feel like there's a moment where you just feel it and you fall in love. He said it first (on text) and I was stupid and said it back not feeling it yet, but a week later He sent me this *private* amazing text, and I read it and dropped my phone and started crying because I was so amazed. You will know when you feel it, and then you say it. We said it like after 2 days of dating 😂 but we were already so close and it's a long story. Now we are together 11 months tho ☺️
