Not sure what it's called. But it's a method that you would use to prevent pregnancy? Something to do with the fertile window, and you don't have sex during that time? There's a before and after safe times??? Not sure. I don't know how it works. Someone please explain how it works!!! If anyone knows what I'm talking about. (Originally posted in Love and Sex but then realized it suits better in birth control.)
