I took this poll as "which do you use?" Mostly because all formula can also be mixed with breastmilk...and standing alone formula and breastmilk can't really be compared as which is better? Both feed and nourish babies, but breastmilk provides anti-bodies on top of the nourishment. Idk. This wasn't really clear on what you were trying to poll for lol :) Regardless - I exclusively breastfeed my son and I believe that breastmilk is best for him, I would only use formula if I absolutely had to. But, that's just my personal preference.
