SI pain start of second trimester
Started Having pain the other day in right glute/ hip that when at its worst shot pain all down my leg. Anyone else having sciatic pain already?
I work at a preschool with mostly 1-3 year olds who we lift a lot so might have hurt it that way otherwise.
Need stretches and info. Started sleeping with temperpedic pillow between my knees which has helped.
