Yes, as someone else said the gas thing is a complete myth, your body filters out the gas. It does not affect your milk or your baby. I had a convo with my prod about this. The only thing that could affect your milk is caffeine and alcohol. Eat all the beans and veggies you'd like!

Most breastfeeding mothers dont have to follow a specific diet or avoid any foods, unless baby has a food allergy like dairy which is rare. There are some ingredients I'd stay away from though like caffeine and artificial sweeteners (aspartame specifically). The gassy foods causing gassy babies thing is a myth. Gas stays in moms intestines it does not enter into breastmilk.
