Hasn't been exposed yo anything new except soy milk in my coffee?

It looks like baby acne but if it's getting worse I'd lean more towards a rash. It might be worth calling your pediatrician and describing it, see what they say.

This looks similar to what my daughter has. Started 2.5 weeks ago...doctor says its normal. I changed up her soap and lotion (from Johnsons to Aveeno) and didn't notice much difference. Then we woke up today and it seems to be going away. I wouldn't worry too much, I've talked to a lot of people who all say it's very normal.
