What am I feeling?

I'm 15 weeks and I know it may be too early but I've been feeling like a twinge or pinching feeling. Could this be baby or is it in my head?

You can feel the baby earlier. I have been feeling mine since week 10-11. It feels like bubbles at first or butterflies. If you are very aware of the feelings in your body or this isn't your first you are more likely to feel baby earlier than some others. I dislike when people tell you you can't feel baby because you know your body better than anyone. I'm 13 weeks and I can tell you my little pumpkin is active tonight. I mostly feel the baby at night.
