I would get the pills, not gummies! It starting being a chore taking the gummies for me, it was getting nasty and all. Pills are much easier.

Gummy ones are ok but you need a prenatal vitamin with iron in it.  So make sure the one you take has it.

Rainbow light prenatal one! It's gentle on the stomach but be aware it turns your pee neon green lol
