Hsg blocked scarred

Hey everyone...just very upset and confused my left tube has fluid and is scarred...right tube is ok...long story short dr has me on clomid..i asked her if tgere is something they can do bout my tube issue...she said no...smh dont believe her at all...she is basically waiting for follicle to come down on right side is that even possible??? Ttc#2 dont even know how this happen to me...if i didnt want to conceive and did hsg recently i woulnt have even knew bout my tube bein blocked....anyone going through same or almost same situation??? Please respond
