Makeup stylist and hair in New Hampshire any help ??

I suck at makeup and always wish I could make my self look the way I always wanted but can't because I suck at makeup and don't know what to use and how to contour. Does Anyone know any makeup stylist in the New Hampshire area that aren't expensive but also good also need a hair stylist because I suffer from triclatonmania a hair pulling tic and I would love for my hair to be styled to cover up the damage
