So I just noticed two days ago my nipples have been starting to turn red and hurt.. I dismissed it as discomfort from pumping a lot. Well today I checked baby's mouth, sure enough, she has white blotches on her tongue. What's the quickest and easiest way to get rid of thrush? Also, I've been pumping and storing milk in the freezer, I know I can feed it to her during treatment, but can I feed it to her after treatment without risking getting thrush back? Not sure if freezer kills it or not? I would hate to toss milk if I don't have to. Any help is appreciated!
