My baby girl is almost 3 months old And she suffers from acid reflux. But the Dr wont give her any meds or any advice on the matter bcuz shes gaining weight like a champ at 2 mnths she was 13lbs. But she spits up so much on everyone and everything I swear I have to change her clothes like 3x a day bcuz she will be soaked. Shes exclusively breast fed, I don't eat hardly any dairy and definitely nothing spicy. She coughs while feeding and most the time will spit up on my boob. She sleeps in her Boppy.

Any advice on how to help with it??

I feel like if she didn't spit up so much she would be a much happier baby(she gets fussy but not horrible)
