Hospital bag

First time mom here.. I'm 30 weeks along and was thinking about a hospital bag and what all needs to go in it, Not only for baby but for mom and dad too..I keep seeing lists on Pinterest of things to take but I'm not sure what list to follow..anyone have any suggestions?
