PCOS anyone in the same situation?

Have had some hormone tests done and my testosterone came back too high doctors think it's PCOS as well as an over active thyroid which is causing me to loose weight unintentionally am currently at about 7st and I've never been more than 10.5st (this time last year) I'm about to turn 24 and i'm about 5ft 4
Was just wondering if any of you ladies are in the same situation as can't find anything about PCOS in women of smaller size 
I only found out Monday and have already been referred to gyny and an endocrinologist urgently and I'm now just waiting for appointments 
We've been TTC for over a year now and this diagnosis is killing me! anyone with PCOS been able to conceive if so how long did it take and how? What did you have to go through?

We have a surprise 4 1/2 yr old. I was already a month pregnant when I was told I couldn't get pregnant or it'd be very difficult. Long story short that doctor was an idiot and caused a lot of unnecessary stress in my first trimester. He was also prescribing meds to force start a cycle that could've caused me to miscarry. Thankfully my little boys stubborn side was showing even then! We started trying for number two about three years ago but never really did anything to prevent conception since our son was born. Tomorrow I'll be 8 weeks along! I'm accounting this last ovulation I had to a few months previous of birth control to try and "kick start" my ovaries. I say make sure you find a good ob/gyn who knows a lot about pcos and how to help you, who is willing to listen to everything (even those things you think might not matter, and is very supportive of you and your decisions while giving you more options that you can think on and see if there's a better choice for you.
