We're honored your like to celebrate our new child with us, and you are more than welcome to visit! Or child is our joy and we want to share it with you. You're not expected to walk my dog, make my dinner, leave after 27.5 minutes. Come enjoy our blessing with us and we'll let you know when we need rest.

Aaaaaaand that's it. Children are a joy, especially newborn babies. Don't go all crazy on your loved ones. Yes babies are fragile, yes birth is exhausting, but I wouldn't be making it through my pregnancy so well if it wasn't for my friends and family.
